My favorite researchers are those that never stop learning and questioning their beliefs. I also love those that don't run with one person's protocol or ideas without experimenting outside of the box. That is what I recommend to those of you following my work. We have to find what works for us through experimentation. 

But one thing is for sure, omega-3s don’t work for anybody! They lower the metabolism and cause cancer and diabetes. In this interview Tim Burzens and I talk about metabolism, weight loss, hormones, polyunsaturated fats, stress and detoxification. He talks about undereating in a way that doesn’t restrict carbohydrates and protein requirements and stress the body. He feels better eating lighter at the start of the day and heavier at the end of the day.
