What makes a good cup of coffee? Is it beans that are mold free? Is it organic certification? I have been drinking coffee for many years and it is my current belief that freshly roasted beans is the highest priority, besides it being sourced from ethical farms. This means that you either must roast them yourself or pick them up from a local coffee shop. In this episode, Chris Bayer of Black Mountain Coffee breaks down his sourcing process, roasting, different brewing methods and little tips that he’s learned over the years. At the end I share my views on coffee from a health perspective.
